 About Me
Bill Tomlinson, a creator of art based upon complexity theory, taught Philosophy for 36 years at California State University, Northridge. Currently he lives in Victoria B.C. Canada. He is an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA), the Community Arts Council of Greater Victoria (CACGV) and the Coastal Art Collective.
